Mr Roman recently opened on Swan Street, Richmond and is already attracting crowds of well-dressed locals wanting fancy drinks and Roman style pizza. Whilst the previous pizzeria in the same location seemed to flop out of business, Mr Roman has the combination of cool vibes that makes all the cool kids want to hang out.
The menu is mainly pizza, with many topping choices. The mushroom is yum with button and porcini mushrooms, cheeses and truffle oil.

Whilst I love the atmosphere and the people watching, the service is off-handed, and the pizza is not as good as my favourite, 48 Hours. The difference in the pizza was mainly in the bases which were thick and crunchy. I’ll definitely be back, especially for a fun Friday night in Summer. You can sit on the street and people-watch, or inside with the modern interior. I can see why this place is already so popular.
