• Relaxation Routine + New Enbacci Skincare

Happy Monday Melbourne. So I’ve started a new routine. One of self-care. This routine starts the week with Mask + Meditate Monday. Yep, I’m a fan of alliteration, and a fan of relaxation, who isn’t? So basically I put on a face mask, then do some relaxing breathing exercises, and guess what? Mondays feel great!

The past couple of weeks, I have been trying out Melbourne brand, Enabacci’s new sheet face masks.  I checked out their hand cream a while ago and loved how it instantly made my hands feel soft. So I was super happy when they sent me their new face masks to try.

There are two masks in the range. The Age Revitalising Face Defence Mask hydrates and reduces wrinkles. The Vitus Vinifera Rejuvenating Mask protects from the sun and signs of environmental damage.

I love the Age Revitalising Face Defense mask in particular. The masks come in a cut-out in a general face shape. You simply unwrap, lay it over your face and relax. What’s so totally luxurious about this is that the mask – and your face – stay hydrated you let the moisture sink into your skin (ie the sheet stops the mask from drying out).   This one uses apple stem technology. It is so cool and calming that I felt the muscles of my face, and then even my whole body relax.

What was even more surprising was that I noticeably see my wrinkles lessen straight after using the mask, and even the next morning.

I love that this brand is made in Australia, even more I love that its products don’t irritate my skin and that they work.

Who is joining me on Mask + Meditate Monday? You don’t have to be an expert meditator, all you need is some time, a good quality face mask and the desire to relax.

Enbacci face masks are available nationwide online and at Enbacci’s flagship store in Prahran. Each mask is made locally in Australia and available as a single unit or in a pack of five.
