The Recovery with potato hash, poached eggs and creamy hollandaise is a rich and satisfying cure to amp anyone up. I loved the intensity of this sauce. The eggs were perfectly poached and the hash perfectly crisp.
Other fun dishes include the Challah French toast, and the Garden Breakfast with eggs and quinoa salad.
Coffee is good; creamy, malty and expertly made.
