With a friend recently moving into an office near mine, I was eager to adopt her new recommendations for the area. She took me to Hikari Sushi & Bento.Tasty and uncomplicated sum up this little Japanese food spot. The interior is modern with simple green and white graphics. The menu includes sushi, bento and don.
I ordered the vegetarian tofu bento. The tofu slices were in a pleasant teriyaki sauce. It also came with salad with a wasabi dressing, seaweed salad, fruit and rice. The food was simple but good. I have been told their shitaki mushroom hand rolls are delicious and will be trying them next time.
